She accomplished her graduation in Electrical Engineering from UET Lahore and served in the Software and Telecom Industry for two decades. She worked with largest Telecom Operator PTCL as Regional Head of Quality Assurance and formalized management frameworks.
Shaela is Certified Six Sigma practitioner serving across multiple organizations through MEC platform, to implement technology driven solutions for engineering sector based on Artificial Intelligence, IOT, Industry 4.0 and Cloud Structures.
